We generated 365 SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) over the course of 2021.
Requirement:
We were looking to grow our business in Mexico. It is a country where there are thousands of businesses and startups looking to grow through digital marketing. However, most of them do not have a realistic budget allocation to achieve their goals. We needed to find those who were ready to get to work, while not engaging the unrealistically hopeful.
Challenges:
We did not have an infinite budget. We used the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need and Time) methodology to generate effective and affordable leads.
Our audience needed to be educated about the true demands of digital marketing campaigns, so they could effectively determine whether they were ready to embark in one.
We had to change minds. Most accounts with sufficient resources for a campaign that delivers meaningful results, do not trust agencies they find through online ads.

In order to overcome the challenges, we decided to:
Develop a content marketing strategy to appear in sophisticated long-tail term search results.
Implement Social Selling and Account-based Marketing strategies.
Outcomes:
We achieved 365 SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) in the course of 2021.
We were able to attain significant growth in our Mexico client base.
