Problem:
Improve the image to their community and their future students and teachers. They requested SUBE’s support to generate a proposal for a new image that could be reflected in all their channels with the intention of having a better positioning and that they could obtain more leads for their 2022 school year.
Challenges:
To generate communication of interest to users so that they leave their data or communicate with the university
To generate campaigns that have an impact on the target audience, in order to generate conversion to registrations for the university
The previous website needed to be optimized to match the new brand tone and graphic line
The site photographs were to be updated
We had to migrate the site before the start of the registration season, i.e., we were left with exactly one month to complete the migration
Summary:
In view of the problem, and the challenges we faced, we decided to:
Test WhatsApp campaigns taking into account that direct contact through this medium is where most responses were obtained at the University
Design an attractive graphic line that could capture users' attention
Highlight the institution's differentiators to show the user the reasons why they should enroll with them and not with the competition
Show content in social networks that would go back to basics: who they are, their values, advantages of studying with them, etc., and thus be able to improve and work on the image they wanted to project
Implement a delivery timeline to be able to migrate the site in one month
Support us in the division of tasks and responsibilities between the University and SUBE
Perform a photo and video survey for updating the website image
Results:
112% increase in sales compared to the previous year, on the same date
Increased quality of leads based on customer feedback
WhatsApp campaigns had the best quality of leads when it came to master's degree offers, where the response time depends on how busy the interested person is, as it is influenced by several factors such as their work schedule and free time
TikTok and Reels videos were implemented to be able to easily connect with the target audience and achieve greater reach for content using popular formats and that the platforms themselves give them greater reach
Implemented better tracking of the origin of people registering on the website
