To receive, register, and address requests to exercise your right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your Personal Data, as well as to limit the use or disclosure of your data, and any other rights provided under the LFPDP, please contact the department responsible for personal data processing via email at contacto@subeagenciadigital.com. We will address your request within a maximum of three (3) business days. If you wish for your personal data to be removed from all our databases, please send an email to the aforementioned address with the subject line “Unsubscribe.”
Changes to the Privacy Notice
Sube Agencia Digital reserves the right to periodically update this Notice to reflect changes in our information practices. It is the responsibility of the Data Subject to periodically review the content of the Notice on the website www.subeagenciadigital.com, where any changes made will be published along with the date of the latest update.
